The urgency of the request can be set so that a request is moved sooner even if its not the most efficient route.

Once your request is in the que, it will find the most efficient route based on your current position and the priority if there is one. You can only pick up the first result in the list. Once you've dropped off the request, if there are remaining request in the que, it recalculates the most efficient route.
